Why are you postponing event?


We do not wish to cancel however because of the pandemic of COVID-19, CDC AND STATE AND LOCAL AUTHORITIES REQUIRED ALL EVENTS AND BUSINESSES TO CANCEL OR POSTPONE WITHIN THE NEXT 4-8 WEEKS.




I am upset and frustrated because this event canceled who can I reach about this manner?


Lula Kollection Team understands all frustration, we took months time in creating our first event to be special for our Lula Baes. We ask to have patience being as though this cancellation is not our fault in addition not within our hands. This cancellation to events was requested of our Governor and local authorities because of the life threatening pandemic COVID-19 which we must comply with the law and in addition to the safety of our guests and team.Please contact belulabebeautiful@gmail.com or LulaKollection.com for more updates for the event and any other questions or concerns.




Do I get a refund for my ticket?


We are not giving refunds in that manner However refunds will be given as store credit if you would like that. You can either get a promo code designed specifically for you for online only. Or you can get a physical card to use in store as credit. We are giving that our in August once we get a definite date. Please reach out belulabebeautiful@gmail.com for more info.




Will I be accommodated if I cannot attend rescheduled event?


Once our event is rescheduled we will notify you and if you cannot attend, please contact us immediately and we will make this ticket waived for our next event or store credit to purchase anything you like with Lula Kollection. All attendees will continue to get their gift bags and in addition a 20% off promo code used for any event coming up or purchase.




When is the date for the Brush x Blend rescheduled event?


Since the CDC and state and local authorities requested events and gatherings, with more than 50 people cancel and reschedule to 4-8 weeks, there is not a definite date yet. If everything go well earliest will be late November and latest will be early as of Next year 2021. We are pushing for fall! However we are notifying everyone in August.




I purchased the VIP Ticket, do I still get my custom set?


Yes. For all guests that have the VIP ticket will receive your custom Lula Kollection beauty belt/brush set with our products. Nothing has changed. We have your name on list so we will know you have purchased.




Will Brush x Blend Beauti Social be at a new location?


Our event will keep the same location at Social Space, on a sunday, but we we are in the midst of calculating a perfect date for this event- once we get our data by monitoring the CDC requests and local and state authorities we will contact all guests.




I want to attend Brush x blend Beauti Social, how can I ?


Because of the COVID-19 outbreak we have halted taking tickets. Once we have a new date for our postponed event we will contact all guests and have a new access for potential guests to purchase tickets.





ORDERS

Do I recieve a tracking number with order?


Yes, every customer will recieve a tracking number via email or text (which ever you prefer). This is your responsibility to make sure you check the date of your arrival time of package.




How do I change my order?


You can adjust orders within your cart if you have not already paid. However, once you have placed an order we cannot change it. Look at our return policy to have more info on returns.




I placed an order but I did not recieve an email, how do I check?


Please check your email database to see if you have recieved an email and sometimes our email can go to spam or promotions section within your email database. Please check that. If you checked your email and are certain you did not get your confirmation, please email us at belulabebeautiful@gmail.com for customer service. If you have an account with our company please log into your account onto our website. Sign in and under "my orders" tab you should find your tracking information.




How long does it take for you to ship package?


We generally take 48 hours to ship our orders out. However this will depend on your shipping method. For example, if you want express, priority mail, 1st air etc. these options are located within the shipping tab on our check out page. Please be aware that all orders will take 1-5 business days depending upon what style you want. If we are out then we will email you of low stock of items etc. COVID -19 PANDEMIC POLICY Because of the pandemic that hit our area all orders will ship out a bit different. Orders that are free shipping will ship out up to 48 hours M-T. If you place an order Friday we will complete orders over weekend and ship on business days with our courier during M-F within their respective business hours. RETURNS

Returns


All returns will be refunded via store credit with a digital E GIFT CARD. Customer is responsible for shipping costs of returned items. Items must be sent back within 15 days from delivery date. Item must be sent back first in order for us to began the process of store credit. Items must be returned unwashed with our tags and other materials. ALL items that were purchased as a sale is final. If items are a bit "shady" make sure you email us first with your name, order number, product name, picture of item and email us the issue of item.
